Making delicious, creamy chicken curry is an extremely easy job! This recipe is not only gluten and lactose-free but also is a one-pot recipe. This means that the curry is not only healthy but extremely convenient to make! 


  1. 50 ml of vegetable oil 
  2. 1.5-pound chicken (skinned and cut) 
  3. 1.5-pound chicken (skinned and cut) 
  4. 2-3 red onions 
  5. 3 cloves 
  6. 1 tablespoon ginger paste 
  7. 1 tablespoon garlic paste 
  8. ½ teaspoon ground turmeric and coriander 
  9. 1.5 teaspoon (or to taste) chili powder 
  10. 3-4 tomatoes 
  11. 1.5 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 
  12. 1.5 teaspoon Garam masala  
  13. 1 cinnamon stick and 3 cloves 
  14. 1.5 cups of water 


  1. Place a pan on the stove and add the oil. After the oil heats up over medium heat, add the cinnamon stick and the cloves. 
  2. After the spices are nicely toasted, add the turmeric, salt, coriander, chili powder, and the ginger and garlic paste and stir for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add the onions and tomatoes and keep stirring. Let it cook for 10 minutes. 
  4. Add the chicken and the water, reduce heat and leave to simmer until the chicken is cooked. 
  5. Garnish your beautiful chicken curry with Garam masala and enjoy!
