Ingredients For Making Avocado Paratha
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Green Chilies
- Mint leaves
We have to ripen the Avocados first. Then finely dice the mint leaves and coriander and green chilies. It would taste even better if you can grind the green chilies. Mix all the Avocado, green chilly coriander and mint leaves properly and mash it well. For the spices mix garam masala powder 1spn of red chilly powder and a pinch of asafetida. Give all of it a final mix. Next mix flour with the Avocado mash we made and knead until it forms a dough.
If you need you can sprinkle some water. Let it sit for a while. Divide the dough into the number of parathas you want to make. Next, flatten it in circle or triangle shape out of each piece you have and shallow fry it like you normally do with your paratha. Your hot Avocado Paratha is ready, you can serve it with a side of fresh curd or butter whatever you like.
