Ingredients To Make Vegetable/Vegan Maggie
- Chopped onion around 70 gms
- 2 chopped green chili
- 50 gms chopped carrot
- Coriander finely Chopped
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- 2 slides of Vegetable Maggi
Recipe To Make Vegetable/Vegan Maggie
Take 4 Cups of Water and boil the Maggie 80 % drain the water and keep it aside.
Take a nonstick pan, add 2-3 tablespoon of cooking, once the oil is heat add mustard seeds wait until it crackle, once the mustard got cooked add all the veggies except tomato. Sautee it well and cover it for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle some water in between to get the vegetables well cooked. Once the vegetables 80% cooked add Tomato and add Maggie masala + Garam Masala and then cook it well. Once the Vegetables are cooked add boiled Maggie mix it well and garnish with Coriander.
